Empirical treatment of febrile neutropenia in haematooncological patients -specialist´s recommendations

Abstrakt

The autors prepared a recommendation for empirical treatment of febrile neutropenia - the most common infectious complication in haematooncological patients. They present conclusions and recommendations for diagnostics and treatment, based on the results of extensive clinical studies and meta-analysis, in order to create a concise and clear document.
