Abstract
Spermatic cord torsion is one of the rare true emergencies in paediatric urology. Authors present current evidence-based strategy concerning the most effective diagnostic algorithm, indications for emergent surgery, management of reperfused testis and management of less typical forms of spermatic cord torsion (intermittent, late diagnosed and neonatal).
