Abstract
The web-based treatment program www.cd.constant-care.dk is a feasible concept for individualized and optimized infliximab maintenance treatment in CD patients. Patient tailored treatment approach was associated with stable QoL (s-IBDQ) in patients under maintenance treatment with Infliximab.
