Infliximab dependency in children with Crohn's disease

Abstract

Infliximab dependency was studied in children with Crohn´s disease. Sixty-six per cent of children became infliximab dependent.

Perianal disease and no surgery prior to infliximab were associated with infliximab dependency phenotype.
