Abstract
The most common threats in the winter period we may very unpleasant surprise, are hypothermia and frostbite. The article describes not only the reaction of the body to cold, but above all with options to prevent hypothermia.
Last but not least familiar with providing first aid for hypothermia and frostbite incurred.
