Abstrakt
The primary prevention has a crucial position in the area of risk behaviors including substance abuse. Currently missing in our environment proven methodist indicated primary prevention for working with children and adolescents who are at risk of substance use.
The article introduces the programme Preventure which is an interesting project in the field indicated primary prevention of substance use in children agend 12 to 15 years. This methodist is based on the principle of brief interventions appropriate to specific personality charakteristics that under certain circumstances can lead to the emergence and development of risk behaviors including the use legal and illegal addictive substances.
The methodist comprises of diagnostic screening and indicated prevention programme. The aim of this article is to provide information about a methodist of the Preventure, with its theoretical bases and practical experience and also present experience resulting from the adaptation of this methodist in the Czech Republic.
