Abstract
The article deals with education leaders sisters. An important milestone in nursing education was the establishment of centers for training paramedical workers in 1960 in Brno.
The obligation to educate the first time defined the Law No. 20/1966 Coll. the public health care. The article will focus on specialization, which prepares the nurse for their managerial work.
In 1973 formed superstructure segment specialization in work organization and management of secondary health care workers, which has undergone changes over time. After 1989, the number of accredited educational programs at universities with a focus on medical management.
