The aim of research was the recognition of subjective attitudes of nurses to teamwork within the nursing team. Homogeneous group consisted of 24 nurses from public and private facilities on the basis of the signed informed consent.
We have tried to show how nurses perceive what is happening today and atmosphere in their care team to justify their positions, what changes to expect, what they consider socially desirable or necessary. The data source was controlled group discussion, making the recorder and analyzed using the grounded theory.
The analysis has brought major themes: social relations and team leader with sub-themes of teamwork, men in nursing career and sisters. The sub-theme emerged career sisters topics focused on continuing education of nurses, to deepen knowledge and skills.
For nurse executives, managers in nursing may be thus conceived analysis useful source of knowledge contexts of partial managerial decisions.
