Abstract

The basic elements of a differentiated approach to clients / patients with mental disorders in the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation system is connected to community care, outpatient and inpatient. The paper deals with the provision of crisis intervention, the authors see as the area between community care and health care in inpatient facilities.

When crisis intervention is important to understand the triggers of crisis, but also a deeper connection. Crisis intervention should allow the new way of dealing with anxiety and involves assistance in dealing with external problems.

Is therefore not only assist in psychotherapy, but also instrumental assistance, such as certain social assistance facilities. The basic principles of crisis intervention is its easy accessibility, the possibility of immediate assistance, to ensure continuity of care.

Furthermore, the therapist is active command and control approach, focusing on current situations and to prevent deterioration.
