Abstract

Anxiety disorders belong to the most frequent psychiatric diseases. Comorbidity of anxiety disorders, somatoform disorders and major depression is very high.

The anxiety disorders are often connected with onset of medical unexplained symptoms. Due to high incidence of these somatic symptoms patients contact more frequently general practitioners and other medical specialists then psychiatrists.
