Abstract
Author analyses factors of risks of threat of child´s development and health. These factors are - in child (i.e. subjective, e.g. child with a disability)and child´s enviroment, where the child grows up (i.e. objective).
These factors can come both from external enviroment biological, chemical or physical (e.g. climate), from social enviroment, namely as result of malfunction of society (e.g. enviroment).
