Abstract
The article presents a review of the commonest superficial skin mycoses encountered in adult general practice. As to the etiology, the diseases are classified as dermatophytoses, cutaneous candidoses and keratomycoses.
Characteristic clinical pictures are described, as well as the differential diagnosis and therapy.
