Surgical treatment is the first method of choice both in localized and metastatic renal cell cancer due to its chemo and radioresistance.Immunochemotherapy, method of choice in the 90-ies of the 20th Century is currently almost replaced by a targeted biologic therapy in a generalized renal cell cancer using direct blockade of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) or signaling pathway of a related receptor rapamycin (mTOR).
