Abstract
Orofacial oncology is specific by social compromitation of patients thanks to facial deformities which implifies problem with nutrion, breathing and speech. This is accelerated with respective surgery.
Solution is actionotherapy or minimal-invasive surgery inc. lasers. Work describes history and actual applications of photonic medicine in orofacial oncology inc. actual methods like photodynamic diagnostic and photodynamic therapy or laser induced interstitital hyperthermy.
