Abstract
Prerequisites for healing myeloma: understanding the genetics of myeloma, development of personalized therapy, understanding the process of resistance; design new strategies based on these new findings for induction, maintenance therapy and relapse, the development of molecular diagnostics to detect subgroups of disease, initiation of therapy sooner for improving long-term results.
