Adenosine A(1), A(2a), A(2b), and A(3) Receptors in Hematopoiesis. 1. Expression of Receptor mRNA in Four Mouse Hematopoietic Precursor Cells

Abstract

Expression of adenosine receptor mRNAs (for A1, A2a, A2b and A3 receptors) was measured in four mouse hematopoietic precursor lines – grynulopoietic/monocytopoietic, erythropoietic, T- and B- lymphopoietic. The different content of mRNAs for particular receptor subtypes is discussed.
