Relationship between neurofilament light chains and antibodies against them in cerebrospinal fluid in patients with multiple sclerosis

Abstract

The relationship between neurofilaments light and antibodies against them exists in normal individuals and is lost in patients with multiple sclerosis. Both neurofilaments light and antibodies against them may indicate future development in clinically definity multiple sclerosis.
