Exploring some of the physico-chemical properties of the LAMMER protein kinase DOA of Drosophila

Abstract

A 3-dimensional homology model of the catalytic domain of DOA, a representative LAMMER kinase, encoded by the Drosophila locus Darkener of apricot (Doa) was generated and used for functional analysis of its physical and chemical properties.
