Abstract
The authors have undertaken the analysis of all cases of occupational asthma and occupational allergic rhinitis which were reported in the National Register of Occupational Diseases in the Czech Republic. In the years 1996-2010, 914 cases of occupational asthma and 571 occupational allergic rhinitis have been notified.
The trend was decreasing, females were affected in 65%. Flour and chemicals dominated as the cause of occupational asthma and allergic rhinitis.
