Abstract
The presentation addressed first the history of the so called Prague university of environment and the successive Agreement of Prague universities on cooperation in the field of establishment and provision of studies on sustainable development and environment. Then the current situation was shortly introduced, its strengths and weaknesses, and finally the opportunities and therats to the prospects of further development.
