Fmoc deprotection in the synthesis of cyclic part of oxytocin like peptides; some biological effects and physical properties
Abstract
TBA solutions or neat TBA were used for Fmoc deprotection in solution synthesis of cyclic part of oxytocin like peptides. Peptides having free amino group can be usually precipitated from reaction mixture.
