Fmoc deprotection by tert-butylamine and its comparison in solution and solid phase synthesis

Abstract

Deprotection of the Fmoc group was carried out under basic conditions by piperidine in DMF in liquid and solid phase peptide synthesis. Solid phase synthesis of cyclic part of oxytocin was worked out and used for spectra measurement.
