Abstract
The case report describes the effect of early beginning of liraglutide therapy in patient with diabetes mellitus and the persistence of this effect one year after beginning. Tis therapy Leeds to signifiant reduction of glycated hemoglobin due to increaseed stimulation of insuline secretion and reduction of glucagone level.
Moreover this therapy causes reduction of lipid level, reduction of blood pressure and probably also another variol positive effects.
