Rehabilitation of edentulous jaw by combination of orthognathic surgery and dental implants

Abstract

Prosthethic rehabilitation even with combination with dental implants remains still big problem in pation with atrophy of alveolar processes in combination with facial skeletal deformity. This paper is describing treatment of this very dificult situation by combination of orthognathic surgery and dental implants.
