Abstract
The detection of residual tumor cells in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the goal of this study. It analyzes on molecular level the effect of combined immunochemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation in a cohort of patients with CLL and it evaluates the possibility of detection of DNA methylation as an alternative method for the detection of residual disease in CLL patients.
