Treatment of chronic heart failure quidedby plasma natriuretic peptide levels

Abstract

The therapy of chronic heart failure quided by plasma levels of natriuretic peptides could have better clinical outcomes than the treatment quided by clinical status. This hypothesis is tested in OPTIMA study.
