Abstract
Publication offers a fundamental understanding of materials and technologies on which prosthetic dentistry depends, covering their structure and properties - metals and, their alloys, dental ceramics and plastics, luting cements, investments and waxes, impression materials etc. Other chapters describe the newest prosthetic technologies based on CAD/CAM or lasers.
