Abstract
Clinical study verifed effects of ozonated water experimentally in the microbiological laboratory and in the set of 100 patients with a diagnosis of dry socket post extraction of the third lower molar. Alveolar osteitis was treated by ozonated water with the concentration 6mg/I and 10mg/I 03.
Evaluation of results of ozonotherapy and their comparison with standard therapy prowed considerable shortening of therapy, reduction of antibiotics and painkillers and shortening of inability to work.
