Abstract
Overt and subclinical thyroid dysfunctions are associated with significant cardiovascular risk. However, whether the treatment of subclinical thyroid dysfunction reduces the cardiovascular risk remains unclear.
The treatment is alwys individual with respect to age and other circumstances and the patients should be followed up.
