Czech MDS Group experience with azacitidine in treatment of high risk MDS and AML patients

Abstrakt

Treatment of high risk Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS)and Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)evolved from MDS has been mostly unsuccesfull. Stem cell transplant is only curative approach suitable for some younger patients.
