Prediction of ventricular lead position from paced QRS morfology

Abstract

Paced QRS morfology with negative or isolelectric lead III documents with high probability the midseptal postition of ventricular lead. The identical morfology in lead I is related to acceptable specificity for septal RVOT lead placement.
