Abstract
Although the recently released 9th issue recommendations on antithrombotic therapy published in the journal Chest (9th ACCP Guidelines), the approach to patients with deep vein thrombosis / pulmonary embolism and (thromboembolic disease - TEN) remain some uncertainties.
