Exercise is an important part of our life. Terms such as physiotherapy, quality of life, activity, participation, or multidisciplinary team can be heard at clinical as well as scientific symposia.
There has been raised awareness among the public and professionals of the fact that exercise is important even in patients with multiple sclerosis and that the physiotherapist should be a well-respected colleague among the other members of the professional team taking care of the patient. In the present article, the authors deal with what the reality is and how this theoretical knowledge is introduced in the practice.
