Pseudoaneurysm of the superficial femoral artery- an unusual case

Abstract

A young male patient suffering from of multiple exostoses was refered for soft, painless slowly growing mass in the popliteal fossa, accompanied by calf oedema. CT angiography detected pseudoaneurysm without AV shunt and very intimate connection between fluid collection and the cartilaginous cap.
