Abstract
The book provides brief survey of antitumor drugs, includign standard cytostatics and novel targeted therapeuticals. The first part focuses on molecular principles and signaling cascades impacted by convetional cytostatics and targeted anti-cancer agents.
The second part provides list of newly introduced anti-cancer agents.
