Abstract
The chapter covers the most serious anomalies. In posterior urethral valves, early diagnosis, which is prenatal in the most advanced disorders,and early treatment may reduce further deterioration of the kidney and bladder function.
Exstrophy/epispadias complex and hypospadias are diagnosed at birthj and required surgical repair.
