Abstract

The case describes a 93 old patient with signs of massive erosion in the face and head. We confirmed located scaring pempfigoid typeBrusting-Perry by histological examination.

This disease is described as a subtype sparing pemphigoid, where is typical localized subepidermal localized blister. Using direct immunofluorescence is possible to detect linear imunodeposition along the basal layer.

In the treatment we can use topical steroids, and in the systematic treatment we can use corticosteroid therapy, but also the overall treatment by dapsone or colchicine.
