Abstract
We examined 32-year old patient with painful bearing on the ear. According examination showed a small solid nodule with inflammatory border.
Histological findings showed the signs of chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis where it is possible to consider the context and shock effects, the similarity with systemic disease were less likely.
