Abstract
The authors present a case of a HIV positive man with itchy exanthema localised on his feet only. Microscopical analysis of scratched epidermis and skin biopsy were performed with conclusion of parasitic infestation by Sarcoptes scabiei.
Diagnostic protocol and treatment of this parasitosis is discussed.
