Abstract
There is in short referred principles of screening and access to a patient colonized by multidrug-resistant bacteria of current clinical signs without infection (Staphylococcus aureus, vancomycin-resistant enterococci, and Enterobacteriaceae producing broad spectrum of beta-lactamases) - preventive measures and choice of antibiotics in empirical treatment.
