Fracture Trauma in Slavonic Population From Pohansko u Břeclavi (Czech Republic)

Abstract

Bone fractures were analysed from 352 adult skeletons. The long bone fracture frequency was 1.4% and majority of fractures was related to accidents.

Injuries were more common on the upper extremities (2.22%) compared to the lower 0.46%). Males(1.7%) had more fractures than females(0.9%).
