Abstract

Research focused on the search for new markers of inflammation allows early identification of pregnant women at high risk for preterm labor and fetal inflammation. Screening women at high risk through the new laboratory and ultrasound examinations are the most important steps in the secondary and tertiary prevention of premature birth.

Intensive research of potential triggers, were implemented, including various types of genes that are potentially related to the process of premature birth
