Abstract
The book analyzes the relevant and timely topic of potential U.S. decline from the perspective of young Czech scholars. It is a mosaic of various specific case studies, which all try to answer the main research question within their scope of expertise.
The firt part covers the topic from the international and geopolitical perspective (U.S. relations with China and U.S. involvement in the South China Sea, cyber-warfare). The second part focuses on the question via lenses of internal domestic political issues (housing and energy policies, private financing of electoral camapaings, Tea party movement, etc.).
The book is enriched by Canadian vision of potential decline.
