Abstract

The Czech Republic with its 10.3 million inhabitants welcomes 6.8 million tourists from all over the world yearly. The first position among the incoming tourists is held by the German travellers, followed by the Russians, Polish, British and the Italians.

The interest in visited destinations remains the same, however, the interest in offered products and provided services is changing. Ethic of services represents the crucial factor.

Due to variety of cultures of incoming tourists the ethic of services should take into consideration intercultural differences.
