Abstract
The contact of various cultures in the Czech Republic relates to the field of travel and tourism and a very important segment of tourism - the Russian speaking tourists. It is important to implement theoretical knowledge in practice to avoid ethical problems during intercultural contacts and interactions.
Most misunderstanding and conflict stems from ignorance. Recognizing destination segment of tourists and its specifics creates the basic supply of services in travel and tourism.
The need for ethical approach to this segment of tourists is also important for accessory services-guide services. Specialist education is an essential way to support the growth of travel and tourism.
