The Image of Edvard Beneš in Czechoslovak Films and TV series in the Time of Normalisation

Abstract

The author describes the portrayal of the prezident Edvard Beneš in Czechoslovak cinematography and television series during the period of normalisation. Beneš was in films and TV series as weak politician in comparison with communist Klement Gottwald.
