The author of this article explores learning aspects of supervision in institutional care facilities. He expolores which way the workers in such facilities can understand the merits of the case in the supervision process and how this ability is influenced by their competency as a profesionals.
He describes particular situations where the workers cannot distinguish some phenomena from the other and that situations can be seen as a „cycling process“ in the supervision session. Author of the article compares some teoretical concepts which can interpret this phenomena and offers some ways for supervisors to deal with such situation.
