The Supreme Administrative Court has annuled the decision on change of the Prague territorial plan.

Abstract

The article analyses the decision of Supreme Administrative Court on annulation of decision changing the Prague territorial plan regarding planned building-up of Prague circle and enlargement of the Prague airport .
