Abstract
In this paper, we summarize the findings in relation to effective school leadership (Leithwood at al., 2006). These findings are compacted into seven general statements.
The emphasis is put on the link between school leadership and the outputs of pupils. Furthermore, the repertoire of basic leadership practices is introduced.
