Abstract
This chapter discuss contemporary state of society and its ability to solve difficulties, which globalization brings, in global and in the same time specifically Czech measure and in succession of world UN conference on sustainable development „Rio + 20”. The text introduces new term “pervert society” and dwells on decision processes and task or role of elites in society.
